Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save is the easiest way to stay stocked on your daily formulas. Here is how it works, in plain language.

What you get

Every Subscribe & Save order is 15% off the one time price, with free standard shipping on US orders. You choose a delivery frequency of every 1 month, every 2 months, or every 3 months for each product.

Billing and renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you selected until you cancel. Each renewal order is charged to the payment method on file when the order is created, at the subscription price shown in your account plus any applicable taxes. You will receive an order confirmation email for every renewal.

Managing your subscription

You are in full control. Log in to your account with your email address and the one time code we send you, then open the subscriptions section. From there you can skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel entirely.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and there is no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for your next order, make your change before the next scheduled order date shown in your account. Orders that have already been processed ship as scheduled and are covered by our refund policy.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will notify you by email in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Subscription orders follow the same 30 day return policy as one time purchases. See our refund policy for details.
